Who are the staff responsible for Child Protection?

The Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is Mr Robert  Palmer.  Mrs Lianne Fawcett is the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and assists with this work. The governor with responsibility for Child Protection is Mr Mark Buckle 

 

In the first instance, all Child Protection staff can be contacted through the school office.

 

What are our responsibilities?

All adults working with or on behalf of children have a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.  This includes a responsibility to be alert to possible abuse and to record and report concerns to the above mentioned members of staff.
