Who are the staff responsible for Child Protection?

The Child Protection Coordinator is Mr. England.  Mrs Fawcett is also fully trained as a Child Protection Coordinator and assists with this work. The governor with responsibility for Child Protection is Mr. Richard Zerny. 

 

In the first instance, all Child Protection staff can be contacted through the school office.

 

What are our responsibilities?

All adults working with or on behalf of children have a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.  This includes a responsibility to be alert to possible abuse and to record and report concerns to the above mentioned members of staff.
